Varsity Field Hockey

If you don't know it by now all my girls have been and still are really into Field Hockey. Here are some pictures from the last game of the season.  I'm so proud of my girls.  They put all their heart and soul into playing.  It's a sport that they really take serious and it will be a memory that will stay with them always. This is also the last game that these 3 will play together.  It was a special game.  Brittany was also one of the Captains this year too!  This was also Brittany's last game in High School as she will be graduating next June.  They made a big deal with the 3 Seniors and they had their parents go out on the field to have our pictures taken and we were given flowers from Brittany as a thank you for our support.  It was a tear jerk-er.

Homecoming Dance

My girls had their Homecoming Dance.  This was Elizabeth's first High School Dance.  I still can't believe that she is in High School now.  They looked great! :)  Enjoy!

They are growing up too fast!  Make it stop because it's making me older. :)

Hello November!

What beautiful weather we have had for the first few days of November.  I guess this is our Indian Summer as they call it.  We are trying to finish getting our house buttoned up for the winter.  We cleaned most of the deck off today and pulled the rest of the garden out.  Cleaned our exhaust pipe to the pellet stove we have seeing that it will be turning much colder tonight.

We have cleaned all the windows in the house.  They look great!  Now we can see out of them. :)  It's funny how you get used to looking through your windows thinking they are clean but until you do them it is amazing how clean they are now.  I just love my new windows where you can clean them from the inside of the house and don't have to be on the outside.  This is the best invention that was possibly ever made.

We took down all the Halloween decorations as well.  Now it is time to start decorating for Christmas.  I know this sounds crazy but I just love Christmas and all the decorations that go with it.  Plus, I have so many decorations that it takes awhile to put them all up and I also like to enjoy them longer.  I guess I take after my Mom.  I grew up with my Mom always doing the most awesome decorating making you feel like you are in a winter wonderland and at the North Pole.  I loved it as a kid and still do and my husband and kids love it too.  No complaints here. :)

Another Birthday in the House

Time is flying by so quickly with everything happening at the end of the school year.  I forgot to put my daughter Emily's photo up on her Birthday.  I guess it's better late than never.

Happy 12th Birthday Emily!!!

We Love You!!!
